The Company Activity section in Channel99 provides a centralized view of companies actively visiting your website. It acts as the primary landing zone for company-level insights across the platform and is frequently used as a jump-off point for deeper analysis.
This guide walks through how to navigate the Company Activity page, apply filters, schedule reports, and explore company-level details.
Step 1: Access the Company Activity Page
From the main navigation, click Analytics.
Select Company Activity.
You’ll see a table displaying companies that have been active on your website within the selected date range. Because this page serves as the foundation for company-level reporting across Channel99, you may be redirected back here when drilling into company granularity from other areas of the platform.
Step 2: Customize Your View
On the Company Activity page, you can tailor the data to your needs:
Adjust the date range to control which company visits are included.
Search for specific companies using the search bar at the top.
Use the AI Assistant for analysis or strategy questions related to the data you’re viewing.
These controls allow you to quickly narrow in on the companies and timeframes most relevant to your goals.
Step 3: Create an Advanced Filter
To focus on a specific subset of companies:
Click the three-dot menu on the Company Activity table.
Select Create Advanced Filter.
Define your criteria, such as:
Companies that visited specific URLs
Companies located in specific regions
Additional available filtering options
Click Apply.
The table will now display only companies that meet your selected criteria.
Step 4: Schedule a Recurring Email Report
Once your filters are applied, you can schedule the filtered view to be emailed automatically.
Click the Share icon.
Select Schedule Email to open the scheduling modal.
Configure the report:
Name the report (this becomes the email subject line).
Set recipients (you’ll always be included and can add other registered Channel99 users from your organization).
Choose the delivery cadence, including:
Frequency (daily, weekly, or custom)
Look-back window
Days of the week for delivery
Click Save.
All scheduled reports can be managed later from your Profile page, accessible via your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the platform.
Step 5: Review the Company Activity Table
The Company Activity table provides high-level insights, including:
Region
Industry
Revenue range
Audience filters
Total impressions (from the Channel99 pixel or third-party integrations)
Visits
Last visit date
A direct link to each company’s LinkedIn page
This view helps you quickly assess which companies are engaging with your site and how recently.
Step 6: Open Company Details
For a deeper look at a specific company:
Click the company name in the table.
A details drawer will open.
Inside the drawer, you’ll find:
General company information (name, industry, revenue range, domain)
A visual chart showing traffic trends over time
Visits broken out by vendor
Traits such as:
Audiences the company belongs to
Paid search keywords
Web pages visited
Additional intent data (for example, G2 data, if available)
Step 7: Navigate to the Company Overview Page
If you need even more detail:
Click Company Details in the top-right corner of the drawer.
This opens the Company Overview page, which includes:
Expanded visit trends over time by vendor
A timeline of non-digital interactions pulled from your CRM
Any associated open opportunities for the account
