Purpose:
Using a bespoke audience as unique as your company is essential for measurement and campaign measurement and execution. The following steps will guide you through how to create a CRM audience in Channel99
Step 1: Create CRM Report
- Create report in Salesforce or HubSpot based on companies (Hubspot) or Accounts (Salesforce)
- Required field: Company domain or website field only
- Save report to a public folder
- For Salesforce: Use standard tabular report (no grouping)
Step 2: Copy Report URL
- Open the saved report in your CRM
- Copy the browser URL from the address bar
- Keep this URL ready for next step
Step 3: Upload to Channel99
Go to Audiences section in Channel99
- Click "Create Audience" button
- Select "CRM" option
- Paste the copied CRM report URL
- Name your audience
- Add description (optional)
- Click "Save"
Step 4: Wait for Processing
- Processing time: 30 seconds to 1 hour (depends on audience size)
- Monitor status indicator
- Audience ready when status changes from "Processing" to "Complete"
Note: CRM audiences update automatically every 24 hours and respect your CRM report filters.
