Dynamic Rule Based Audiences
- Rule-Based Audiences are dynamic audiences you build in Channel99 that automatically update to the logic you define.
- They refresh on a 24-hour cadence and can be built from signals like being in other audiences, visiting specific pages, receiving impressions, or many other attributes — for example, “companies that hit your demo page and are in a CRM pipeline list.”
- Use rule-based audiences when you want automatically maintained, behavior- or attribute-driven segments that combine with Channel99’s audience-sharing to keep ad platform lists current without manual steps
Hubspot CRM Integration
- Connect to your HubSpot CRM so CRM records (accounts/contacts/pipeline lists) can be used as audiences inside Channel99. This ties CRM state to marketing activation and attribution. (Channel99 already supports CRM-based audiences — e.g., a “CRM Audience” is called out as an example for rule-based audiences.)
Lead Tracking
- Added the ability to track leads and apply influence from each vendor using any interaction before the lead was submitted.
Vendor Companies Reached
- Added metrics showing the number of companies within the timeframe selected which had at least one impression served from the vendor. This is done through an integration such as with LinkedIn or G2 and with the Channel99 Pixel being deployed within ads.
AI Digest
- AI Digest is an automated email that uses AI to generate bi-weekly or monthly performance summaries from Channel99.
- It highlights what’s working and what’s not in your campaigns, and sends actionable insights and recommendations straight to your inbox so you can quickly stay on top of marketing performance without logging into the app.
Audience Activation - LinkedIn and Google
- Channel99 pushes audiences you build in C99 into ad platforms (including LinkedIn and Google) so those audiences show up in the platform’s audience lists and can be used directly in campaigns.
- Create the audience in C99 → share it from the Audiences page → it shows up in LinkedIn/Google within ~48 hours and is kept current by Channel99’s nightly syncs (with rule-based audiences themselves updating every 24 hours)
G2 View Through Integration
- Connecting your G2 profile with Channel99 captures view-through visits from people who view your product pages on G2.
- Channel99 records those view through visits so they’re counted in attribution and used for audiences and reporting. Helping you give proper credit to G2 activity.
Demandbase Ads Integration
- Channel99’s Demandbase integration is a data-share / ad-reporting partnership that lets Channel99 ingest Demandbase ad reporting to automat impression, click and spend data collection.
TAM as an Audience
TAM as an audience allows any audience to become the default in the platform. Create your audience and assign in the Setting page.
