Feature: Campaign Level Reporting

Location: Vendors and Campaigns Pages
Description: Users can easily view metrics from their vendors campaigns if their vendor has been integrated into the Channel99 platform. This will provide a granular view into each campaign so performance can be assessed and testing improvements can take place.
Go to the Vendors page and expand integrated vendors to view the top 5 campaigns or click on the Campaign Menu item to view all campaigns available for analysis and scoring.
Feature: AI Enablement and Search

Description: All pages within the Channel99 platform have an AI Search field which will assist with Enablement and Setup questions. If you have any questions about metric definitions, how to integrate an ad vendor or any other support types of question, please give it a try, it's there to help.
Feature: Vendor Level View Through Visits

Description: View through Visits are visits in which a user views content like an advertisement but does not directly click through that ad to get to your website. Instead the user may search, directly input the URL or go through another channel to get to your site. Channel99 wants to provide the whole picture of the visit influence so we provide View Through Visits from those user who do not go directly through the ad. These visits should get credit for instigating the visit so the view through metric is provided to any vendor which uses the Channel99 pixel such as 6Sense, LinkedIn and Google Responsive Display.
Feature: Vendor and Campaign Visit Efficiency

Description: Visit efficiency is the number of visits from a specific audience you have added (TAM by Default) for analysis divided by the total number of visits (Unknown removed). This provides a percentage value to help users identify how well Vendors and Campaigns are able to efficiently drive the right traffic to your site.
