The Opportunities section helps you connect online company engagement with opportunity progression and offline activities. This is one of the most common customer workflows in Channel99.
You’ll typically start on the Opportunities page, found under the Opportunities tab in the main navigation.
Step 1: Open the Opportunities page
In the main menu, click Opportunities.
You’ll land on the Opportunities page, where you can view and search opportunities.
Step 2: Set your date and audience filters
Use the Date selector to choose your reporting range.
Use the Audience selector to define which companies are included.
Important: This page displays opportunities that have open or close dates that fall on or between the dates selected in the date selector. If you don't see the opportunity you expect here, it's likely the open or close date is outside of this period.
Step 3: Search for an opportunity
Use the search bar on the Opportunities page.
Search by any of the following:
Opportunity name
Company name
Company domain
Step 4: Customize charts and tables
Toggle chart components
Locate the chart legend.
Click legend items to toggle chart elements on or off.
Sort or filter the table
Go to the table below the chart.
Use filters in the table header to:
Sort items
Remove items by deselecting in the filter
Narrow what appears in the table
Step 5: Open the Single Opportunity Overview (Account 360)
Find the opportunity you want in the table.
Click the underlined opportunity name.
You’ll be taken to the Single Opportunity Overview (sometimes called the Account 360 view).
This page shows activity over time so you can understand influence across the opportunity lifecycle.
Step 6: Understand the influence window
The Single Opportunity view shows activities from the opportunity influence window through the closed date.
By default, the influence window starts 90 days before the opportunity open date.
This window can be adjusted in Company Settings.
Step 7: Use the Pipeline / Closed Won selector
At the top of the page, locate the Pipeline / Closed Won selector.
Switch between the two options to update the attribution tables below.
When you change this selector, the attribution metrics update for the models shown in the tables:
First Touch
Last Touch
Linear Touch
Influence - sometimes called all touch or any touch
Step 8: Jump to the opportunity in your CRM
On the left side of the page, click the opportunity name.
Channel99 will open your CRM to the linked opportunity record.
Step 9: Review digital and offline activity together
Digital interactions (primary chart)
The main chart shows digital interactions from vendors (in visits) leading up to pipeline creation and through close.
This helps you understand influence over time.
Offline events (CRM chart)
The non-digital event chart below is populated from your CRM data. These can be adjusted in your Settings page.
This includes offline activities that also influence outcomes.
Together, these provide the most complete view of opportunity influence.
Note: Channel99 regularly adds enhancements to this page, so you may see new fields or chart elements over time.
