By integrating a Channel99 pixel with your Outreach emails, you can:
- Track email opens
- Connect email opens with subsequent website visits from those recipients
This gives you a clearer view of how your emails influence user actions beyond just the clicks they make within the email.
Create a Channel99 Pixel for Outreach

Access the Pixel Screen in the Channel99 Platform

Navigate to the Pixel Screen by clicking "Pixel" in the left navigation bar.

Select "Create Pixel" located at the top left of the screen.

Configure the Pixel:

Name the pixel.

Choose the Channel, selecting "Email" from the dropdown menu.

Select a Vendor. If your vendor isn't listed, choose "Outreach".

Pick an Audience from the dropdown menu. This sets your default audience for measurement (modifiable later, but required for initial setup).

Copy the Pixel Code: After configuration, ensure to copy the generated pixel code.
How to Add a Channel99 Pixel to Your Outreach Emails:
*Note: All reps will need to add the pixel code to their respective email signatures.
- Go to Navigation Sidebar: In the bottom-left, click your User Initials and select "Personal Settings".
- Access Mailboxes: Under Mailboxes, click "See all mailboxes".
- Select Email: Double-click your email address.
- Find Signature: Navigate to "Signature".
- Switch to HTML: Click the HTML icon.
- Insert Code: In the provided field, paste your pixel link.
- Save: Click Save.
