By integrating a Channel99 pixel with your Hubspot emails, you can:
- Track email opens
- Connect email opens with subsequent website visits from those recipients
This gives you a clearer view of how your emails influence user actions beyond just the clicks they make within the email.
How to Add a Channel99 Pixel to Your Hubspot Emails:
*Note: The C99 Pixel must be added to a custom template. Using the template eliminates the need for repeated insertions.
-
Access the Pixel Screen in the Channel99 Platform
-
Navigate to the Pixel Screen by clicking "Pixel" in the left navigation bar.
-
Select "Create Pixel" located at the top left of the screen.
-
-
Configure the Pixel:
-
Name the pixel.
-
Choose the Channel, selecting "Email" from the dropdown menu.
-
Select a Vendor. If your vendor isn't listed, choose "Hubspot".
-
Pick an Audience from the dropdown menu. This sets your default audience for measurement (modifiable later, but required for initial setup).
-
-
Copy the Pixel Code: After configuration, ensure to copy the generated pixel code.
Inserting Into Hubspot Custom Templates
- Use the template below to prepare the Pixel code for placement, replacing the Red Example text with the pixel URL.
- Copy the entire HTML Image tag with the Pixel included into your content.
- We recommend you place the image tag within the header or footer of your custom email template.
